1. This promotion is open to residents of the USA aged 21 years or over and proof of age may be required. Only one entry per person will be permitted. The promotion is not open to employees or agents of any company within the SmokeNews.com group and/or anyone connected with this promotion. By entering into this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the smokenews.com web site.

2. The promoter is SmokeNews.com ("SmokeNews.com"), a company incorporated in Switzerland.

3. On full completion of the required details in the entry form an entrant will be entered into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.

4. The promotion closes at midnight on 25th October 2005. All entries must be received by this time to be included in the draw.

5. An independent party, whose decision shall be final, shall draw the name of 1 winner. Winners will be picked at random. The draw will be held on 1st November 2005 between 12.01am and 11.59pm. The prize will be $200 worth of cigarettes. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes. The winner will be notified by email by 5th November 2005. If winners do not respond to the notification within 7 days the prize will be withdrawn. The winner should allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.

Winners may be required to take part in publicity and promotional events and all entrants agree to take part in such publicity and promotional events if they should win a prize.

6. SmokeNews.com will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of any names and/or email addresses in the draw by virtue of any technical failures of its web site or otherwise and, whether any such failure is within the control of SmokeNews.com or not. Proof of sending an email is not proof of receipt of entry. SmokeNews.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the smokenews.com web site, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of the smokenews.com website.

7. SmokeNews.com's decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.

8. Details of the winner will be available after 30th November 2005 until 31st November 2005.
